Awareness Toolbox
While we may not be able to cure Orthostatic Tremor (OT), we can certainly drive awareness and support. By increasing the visibility of OT, we hope to shorten the diagnosis journey for others and foster greater understanding of life with OT.
Below, you will find a collection of best practices for OT awareness activities from around the world, along with a toolbox and inspirations to help you get started. Feel free to copy these ideas with pride or create new ones – just remember to share your initiatives here with others.

Balance Board Challenge
Objective: Let others step into the shoes of individuals with Orthostatic Tremor (OT) and experience firsthand the effort living with OT takes.
Where: Bring this eye-opening experience to your next sports club meet-up, community gathering, church event, or even a family get-together!
What You’ll Need:
- A one-pager display to inform about OT (check out the print files below)
- Maybe even a screen to showcase the OT video
- A balance board to truly engage and challenge participants
You can easily find a balance board at popular sports retailers like Decathlon.
More details will follow.
